Quality Management

Ming Fai (Cambodia) employs strict quality management system. The quality management center, composed of legal & regulatory team, quality engineering, laboratory, testing team, and IPQC, assures the continuous improvement of product quality.

In the process of Incoming Quality Control (IQC), Ming Fai (Cambodia) ensures the quality of raw materials and audits our suppliers regularly to guarantee the key aspects of supplier control and testing methods in line with the inspection of our IQC. For quality management, we always keep track the product quality and review every team lead and Quality Control (QC) in term of regulated processes/audit as well as statistics every day. At the stage of Outgoing Quality Control (OQC), we repeatedly inspect the packing, logo, quantity, weight and model of products and select some of them to examine their appearance, size, and performance.

Ming Fai (Cambodia) closely cooperates with every team of the company to achieve the goal beyond customers’ expectations.

Craftsmanship Process

We work hard to strive for high efficiency and innovation by the finest craftsmanship. Meanwhile, we meticulously and precisely standardized the production process with craftsmanship.

1. Cutting Table

Cutting the whole fabric roll into pieces.

2. Screen Printing

Printing the corresponding logos, patterns, etc. on the cut fabric pieces.

3. Voltage

Printing the corresponding logos, patterns, etc. on the cut fabric pieces by voltage machine.

4. Embroidery

Printing the corresponding logos, patterns, etc. on the cut fabric pieces by computerized embroidery machine.

5. Cutting

Cutting the whole rolls of zipper, webbing and elastic band into pieces.

6. Gluing

Gluing the cut pieces to another piece with glue.

7. Edge Painting

Coating every edge of cut pieces with paint (like every edge of men's leather belt)
